Transportation to D.C on 9/12

I just found your blog and DO want to find a way to get to the event in D.C.- I'm amazed there was not enough folks that wanted to go from the Brevard area that could fill up at least ONE bus, but I bet it was due to lack of uninformed people such as I...who all knew about this bus availability? Is it too late to retrieve the the reservation? I do want to go but not sure I want to stay most of the week since I have a family to take care of. What do you think my options are other than me taking a flight and hotel route?
